The corporate meeting room and track can be hired for exclusive business presentations or meetings which would either start or finish with a karting activity on the 550m pro-kart circuit. The room would be for exclusive use for upto 100 persons with tables and chairs laid out in formats to suit the need.

Costs for the hire of the room would be £10 per half hour. The time during the actual karting activity would be included free. Various drinks, snacks and buffets can be pre-ordered, please see the catering page under the information tab for details.

The karting activity can be organised as casual track time or an endurance race.


Casual track time.
Upto 8 persons at once on the circuit for 5/10/15 minutes at a time. The organiser would be expected to put down a lump sum which would then be used by the guests as track time as and how they feel. Printouts of each drivers lap times would be provided.

Costs are £1 per minute per kart
Minimum £350


Endurance racing. ( This activity would result in a winning team)
This operates as per the outline on the ‘endurance’ page.

 Costs are £65 per team per hour.
 After the first hour time can be added at £10 per 10 min per team.
 Minimum 5 teams 1 hour.
